To ensure a fair process, all eligible media and influencer guests must adhere to the following conditions:

Deposit Requirement

  • A 50% refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • This deposit is based on the standard price of the sightseeing tour you wish to attend.

Refund Policy

  • Your deposit will be fully refunded once you provide evidence of:
    • A published TV show,
    • An article in a recognized travel media,
    • Or a live social media post clearly featuring our helicopter tour.

Influencer Eligibility

  • Influencers must have a minimum of 500,000 followers across their primary social media platform.
  • Evidence of follower count must be provided when applying.

How to Claim Your Refund

  • Submit a link or file of your published content (TV show, article, or social media post) to our support team.
  • The content must clearly show or mention our company and the helicopter experience.
  • Once verified, your 50% deposit will be promptly refunded.

Additional Information

  • All media and influencer requests are subject to approval.
  • Complimentary flights may not be available during peak periods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any application that does not meet these requirements.
