No addition or variation of these terms will be binding unless expressly accepted in writing by an authorized representative of the Company. These terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
  2. Booking, Price, and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
Unless otherwise specified, all payments must be made in NOK.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is due at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service, depending on the specific agreement.
If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges as outlined below.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, major credit/debit card, or other agreed methods. Credit card payments may incur a surcharge (typically 3–4%).
Any additional charges incurred during the service (e.g., extra flight or transfer time, special requests, or additional services) will be invoiced separately and payable immediately upon receipt.
All prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  3. Changes and Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to post@cannonball.no and are subject to the following charges:

  • Within 72 hours of the scheduled service: up to 100% of the total price may be charged, depending on notice and specific agreement.
Rescheduling is at the discretion of the Company and subject to availability. The booking fee is non-refundable.
Reduced requirements or itinerary changes may not reduce charges and may incur additional fees.
  1. Operational Conditions
The Company reserves the right to substitute aircraft, vessels, vehicles, or crew if necessary for operational or safety reasons.
All services are subject to weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, and operational considerations. The pilot, captain, or driver has the final authority on all operational decisions, including safety and route adjustments.
If a service cannot be operated due to weather or circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the Company will offer to reschedule or refund according to its cancellation policy.
  2. Client Responsibilities

The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses arising from factors beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, air traffic control, or force majeure events.
  4. Miscellaneous
